I am a certified therapist in Ayurvedic medicine and holistic health with over 10 years of experience. I use nutrition and daily routines to empower women like you, women who want a healthier, happier life but don’t know where to start, struggle with consistency, or feel too busy, exhausted, and overwhelmed by their many roles at work and home, often putting their well-being last.
After healing from cancer, I realized that maintaining health through mindful eating and daily routines is essential.
